In addition to a robust E-commerce business and a strong wholesale presence, Rhone currently has 15 retail stores across the U.S., all of which are used for building community through various initiatives such as the brand's signature Mind & Muscle events.About the role:The Retail Associate will work on the frontlines ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. The Retail Associate will be an ambassador of Rhone and a representation of its principles (Gritty, Responsible, Evolving, Authentic, and Team Centered). They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.What you'll do: Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits Assess the customer's individual needs providing product recommendations Support all areas of the selling floor including fitting rooms and point of sale Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions and sharing ideas Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers What you'll bring: Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills A positive attitude and an upbeat personality The ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals The willingness to learn, be open to feedback and takes action as required Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally Ability and desire to work in a tight-knit team environment Job Requirements: Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Available to work a minimum of 2 4-hour shifts weekly Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality Ability to lift 25 pounds Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be 18 years of age or older What you'll get: Generous clothing discount and quarterly clothing allowance Paid Sick Time Bonus Incentive Program 10 Company Holidays annually 401(k) plan with Company matching (limited) Other details: Primary location: Madison Ave, NYC Reports to: Store Manager The hourly pay range for this role is $17-$20 per hour Rhone Apparel, Inc is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
