Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in the functional usage and back-end configuration of multiple modules within the client's HRIS (Workday).
- Help identify, select, and implement new HR systems, functionalities, and modules
- Perform routine system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of the system, data feeds, key processes, and review system notifications and logs
- Collaborate with HR functions to address business needs such as ideation to implementation, including translating high-level HR business requirements into functional initiatives
- 3+ years of experience supporting Performance or Talent Management, Learning, and Development
- Experience leading the end-to-end project management tasks associated with an HRIS Workday Program
- Experience working with at least one additional HR cross functional group such as Compensation, Benefits, or Time Tracking
