Role Description

The Director of Finance will be responsible for assisting in closing monthly financial statements, managing budgets and forecasts, deal with insurance policies, regulatory requirements and communications, utility re-billing, and other financial and operational tasks. This role is located in Rockville, MD, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of post bachelors degree work preferably with an accounting firm
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards
