Director of Corporate IT

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Leads operations and implementation process for the organization's IT systems and department
Directs IT support staff and corporate help desk
Manages IT projects
Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
Works hands-on with SaaS and cloud vendors for enterprise software like email, dealer management systems, and other services
Establishes standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure and strategic planning
Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss
Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs
Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information
Reviews violations of security procedures; provides training to ensure violations do not recur
Monitors and restricts access to sensitive, confidential, or other high-security data
Safeguards system security and improves overall server and network efficiency by training users and promoting security awareness
Facilities IT security audits or investigations
Has consistent, timely on-site attendance during schedule hours and ability to work additional hours as needed
Responsible for other duties as assigned or required by business need
Travel to dealership locations as needed to assist onsite with IT related upgrades, troubleshooting, and setup
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; additional hours outside of that timeframe as needed. This role is 100% in office at our Headquarters in Downtown Neenah WI.
Pay: Annual salary starting at $165,000/year based on experience.

Education and/or Experience
At least ten years of experience managing an IT department/team

Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of IT systems
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
