Job Overview:
As a Brighton Jewelry and Handbag Specialist, you will be the face of the Brighton brand in our store. Your role will be to engage with customers, provide expert advice on Brighton's product line, and create an inviting and enjoyable shopping experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about fashion, accessories, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and offering personalized assistance with Brighton jewelry and handbag selections.
Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of Brighton's products, including current collections, product features, and benefits.
Assist customers in selecting items that meet their style preferences and needs, offering fashion advice and styling tips.
Track inventory levels of Brighton products and communicate restocking needs with the management team.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales area.
Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, accurately and efficiently.
Participate in Brighton training sessions to stay updated on new product releases and promotional events.
Qualifications:
Previous retail experience, preferably in jewelry, accessories, or a boutique setting.
Passion for fashion and accessories, with a strong sense of style.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
Attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining store displays and inventory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and some holidays.
