Role - Security Engineers Type - Permanent Location - Warwick (Hybrid)

National Gas Transmission (NGT) has an exciting and important role in net zero and in leading a fair energy transition for the UK. We will do this by developing the green gas system of tomorrow, while delivering the natural gas needs of today.

The Security function here at National Gas delivers a holistic security service to the whole of the organisation.

Due to continued growth within the Security functions, we are seeking talented Security Engineers to join us and play a key role in keeping our critical network infrastructure security systems up and running.

This will involve implementing and testing new security features, planning computer and network upgrades, troubleshooting, and responding to security incidents.

We have multiple roles available, and are looking for specialisms in DevOps, Data Security and Application Security.

These are hybrid roles based between Home and Warwick, and the closing date for applications is 27th March 2024. About You

Excellent commercial experience and certifications in Security Engineering Specialism in either DevOps, Data Security or Application Security Knowledge of Endpoint security and Application security best practices Expertise with cloud

security principles in GCP and/or Azure environments Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java) is a plus What You'll Get
