Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess training needs and identify learning objectives.
  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs, including curriculum, materials, and assessments.
  • Manage the delivery of learning programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to facilitators and trainers.
  • Maintain and update learning management systems and other training platforms.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants.
  • Lead and mentor a team of learning and development professionals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, including program design and management.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs.
  • Experience with learning management systems and other training platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing a team of learning and development professionals.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent development.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively problem-solve.
  • HR certification (e.g., CPLP) is a plus.
