As our Lead Guest Coordinator:

You are the most important position at Spa bliss, and is the root of our business; handling and taking care of all clients, scheduling a monitoring groups and events, overseeing the daily schedule and effectively implementing structure and flow. The front desk is responsible for all client reservations, keeping our schedules busy is your highest priority while giving genuine care to our guests.

Duties

- High End Customer Care in person and over the phone, text and email.

- Group and Event Coordinator: single handedly directing all group reservations.

Checking guests in and out, booking/pre-booking appointments, answering phone calls and giving knowledgeable information to guests, upselling services and packages, and selling memberships, while answering all questions with educated certainty. Responding to texts, calls, emails and managing all types of reservations, group booking, taking payments and transactions, full guest services and welcoming, selling retail and being the first impression of Spa bliss at all times.

This job requires multitasking, higher energy, advanced due-diligence, an eager willingness to learn and retain information in regards to services, with enthusiasm.

Must be tech/computer friendly.

Experience in the beauty industry is a plus but is not required.
