Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting guests, answering phones, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and capable of multitasking while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Direct inquiries to appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Distribute mail and packages to staff members.
  • Assist with filing, making folders for jobs, data entry, making job packets for shops, and running end of the day reports.
  • Scan documents to Ford, including new truck check-in sheets, work start documents, and work complete documents.
  • Assist visitors with directions or any queries they may have.
Essential Skills
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-service-oriented with a professional attitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, etc.) is a plus.
Work Environment

This position is in an office setting, located by Ford Truck plant in a good place of town. The receptionist would be seated up front and responsible for welcoming people.
