Establecer y dar seguimiento al sistema de administración en Seguridad y Medio Ambiente establecido por la compañía. Dar cumplimiento a leyes y normas aplicables en materia de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente. Atender auditorias gubernamentales y de clientes, así como dar seguimiento a solicitudes o requerimientos de las mismas en lo referente a EHS&S. Coordinar y/o impartir entrenamiento a todo el personal en políticas, procedimientos y requerimientos de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente. Realizar inspecciones y recorridos en las instalaciones. Apoyar a Supervisores y Jefes de área en implementación y seguimiento de programas de seguridad normativa y corporativa. Administrar el Scorecard de Líderes de Primera Línea, Jefes de área y Gerentes. Proporcionar atención médica de primeros auxilios a personal interno y externo. Coordinar la capacitación de las Brigadas Dar seguimiento a las actividades asignadas al médico de planta en coordinación de la Gerencia de Recursos Humanos. Verificar y dar seguimiento en coordinación de la Gerencia de Recursos Humanos al programa de Salud Ocupacional en base a las necesidades de la planta y lo solicitado por corporativo. Estadificar e informar al comité de seguridad sobre los resultados obtenidos en materia de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente. Elaborar charlas de 5 min. Implementar y dar seguimiento al plan anual de capacitación en materia de EHS. Evaluar contratistas y capacitar en políticas y procedimientos aplicables de EHS en las instalaciones. Promocionar cultura de seguridad en las instalaciones. Acudir a las reuniones y entrenamientos programados por Gerente de EHS&S México en cuestión de Actualizaciones de requerimiento legales en cumplimiento ambiental, salud y seguridad, Programas de sustentabilidad, todo esto bajo normas mexicanas vigentes y requerimiento corporativos. En relación con entidades gubernamentales: Recibir documentación de entidades gubernamentales, permisos, licencias, resolutivos, Revisar cada documento emitido por las autoridades evaluando la aplicación de cada requerimiento, Atender las condicionantes/requisitos de los permisos emitidos por entidad gubernamental, Notificar a la entidad si no es aplicable algún requerimiento y solicitar los cambios necesarios en los permisos, Dar seguimiento hasta obtener los cambios necesarios. Gestión y seguimiento hasta cumplir las actividades requeridas en los permisos/licencias. En caso de cambios de razón social, el departamento de EHS&S es responsable de hacer los trámites necesarios y gestión ante las entidades gubernamentales para notificación y cambio de razón social en todas las licencias de la empresa en materia de medio ambiente aplicables. Es responsable de monitorear las actualizaciones en las normas y legislación de aplicabilidad a procesos de la empresa. Mantener el sistema de administración en Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente vigente y dinámico en todas las áreas. En proyecto HACCP colabora para implementar y mantener programas prerrequisitos de manera general. ESCOLARIDAD:

Licenciatura en Medicina, Ingeniería Industrial o afín. EXPERIENCIA:

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en puesto similar. HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS:

Sistemas computacionales, equipo de monitoreo de gases, equipo médico, atención de emergencias, normatividad ambiental, de salud y seguridad. IDIOMA:

Inglés deseable. CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO
