Customer Service Returns Administrator
Pay: $26.00/hour (paid weekly)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, AM shift with flexible hours
  • 40 hours per week.
Location: Portsmouth, NH 03801
Contract: 6-month role with potential for long-term

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the returns process, including return validation, RMA (Return Material Authorization) creation, approval coordination, and follow-up tasks in ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely receipt of returned materials.
  • Collaborate with contract manufacturers to handle RMAs at their sites.
  • Manage stock buyback and scrap processes.
  • Handle carrier claims and resolve shipping issues with Transportation and Customer Service departments.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead or participate in weekly meetings to expedite RMA resolution.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Accounting, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Logistics teams.
  • Monitor ERP data and manage multiple customer service inboxes.
  • Regularly review and improve processes, providing RMA training as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of customer service or related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
