CAREER OPPORTUNITY

We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time Product Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with the Product Team and departments across the organization, including customer support, marketing, and data, to ensure the proper identification, prioritization, and implementation of much-needed features or improvements for our websites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Write detailed specifications for product features.
  • Manage the lifecycle of development, including design and execution.
  • Work collaboratively with design, developers, data, marketing, and other teams to build features collaboratively and inclusively.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis; integrate findings into idea generation and product requirements.
  • Define success metrics, regularly analyze, and track performance metrics using product analytics tools.
  • Conduct user interviews to understand user needs, analyze pain points, and enhance product functionality.
  • Ability to roll-up sleeves to help get product tasks and feature implementations over the finish line.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Looker.
  • Experience with running A/B tests.
  • Experience in optimizing funnels or growth loops.
  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
  • Experience in product management within the B2C sector, ranging from 3 to 5 years.
  • Experience in developing mobile-first products/services/sites.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing products with a strong focus on user experience (UX).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and use data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong analytical background with a clear understanding of how your work impacts company metrics.
