Personal Lines Select Assistant Account Specialist The Personal Lines Select Assistant Account Specialist will assist the PL Select Department in supporting day to day client management transactions. In addition, this role will provide primary support on ad hoc projects and serve as the liaison between external and internal resources to ensure superior service is provided to clients. *PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid position that will require up to 3 days/week in either our West Linn, OR, Portland, OR, Santa Rosa, CA or Burlingame, CA offices In this role you will: Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with internal and external clients by assisting the PL Select Account Specialists and Producers and responding to client/carrier communications as assigned Leverage Personal Lines insurance knowledge and expertise to actively assist in servicing existing accounts Foster an environment of personal accountability by managing appropriate system records of service, marketing, and policy communications Nurture professional relationships with carriers with consistent carrier contact Participate in the retention of renewal business by supporting the PL Select Account Specialists with interacting with Producers to prepare applications, underwriting data and related information in the marketing of personal insurance products Ensure the client has continuous and proper coverage by assisting the PL Select Account Specialist assigned to the client. This includes, but not limited to: marketing/rating, endorsements, recommendations, billing, ID Cards, policy/quote/binder checking, summaries of insurance, certificates and follow ups of outstanding items Qualified candidates will possess: 1 - 3 years' experience of Personal Lines client management experience preferred Valid P&C brokers' license College degree preferred Proficient in insurance agency management systems: AMS 360, WorkSmart and EPIC preferred Knowledge of Personal Lines underwriting, coverage and procedures Risk Strategies is the 9th largest privately held U.S. brokerage firm offering comprehensive risk management advice, insurance and reinsurance placement for property & casualty, employee benefits, private client services, as well as consulting services and financial & wealth solutions.
