Job Overview: As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will assist customers with product inquiries, ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing, and maintain accurate inventory levels. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
  • Assist customers with locating merchandise and making purchasing decisions
  • Handle customer transactions at the point of sale, including cash handling and credit card processing
  • Maintain product displays, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and placing inventory in designated areas
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or concerns promptly
  • Keep the store clean and tidy, including dressing rooms, checkout areas, and sales floors
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, sales promotions, and store policies
  • Assist in the execution of store marketing and promotional events

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Basic math and computer skills for processing transactions

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
