**Primary role:**
The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities of the organization by performing the following duties personally or through other members in the Sales department.
**Responsibilities:**
* Ability to lead, supervise and develop a team of sales professionals at all levels.
* Must be able to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals.
* Ability to read, analyze, and set strategic direction on RFPs, bids, and proposals.
* Collaborate and communicate within a peer group of Sales Management/Leadership.
* Own national sales strategy and tactics for employment screening services.
* Assist sales executives with customer presentations and action items.
* Assist in the creation of value propositions, targets, and campaigns within sales on a consistent basis.
* Has the ability to meet productivity standards; communicate with key clients in a timely manner; strive to increase productivity.
* Able to manage and analyze sales funnel, forecasting, and performance targets for the sales team accordingly.
* Able to analyze sales metrics and KPIs to formulate policy and assist representatives in achieving targets.
* Ensure the sales team is following all standard operating procedures relative to CRM data.
