Location: AdventHealth Daytona Beach 301 Memorial Medical Parkway, Daytona Beach, FL 32117

The community youll care for: Wellness Center members and guests

The role youll contribute:

The Member Services Representative engages in all customer service activities which may include membership sales, front desk, caf and shop/store front to ensure that optimum efficiency and customer service is provided to members and guests. Builds and retains relationships with existing members and clients in an effort to assist with stabilizing membership base and improving retention.

The value youll bring to the team:

  • Presents and sells products and services to current and potential members
  • May assist in the preparation and sale of food and drinks in the Wellness Center Caf area
  • Builds and maintains relationships with existing members to reduce attrition levels. Assists members with billing changes, bridges, freezes or other changes in membership status. Assists in the resolution of disputes regarding memberships
  • Processes all inquiries pertaining to membership while encouraging enrollment, and marketing the Wellness Center. Responsible for tours and assigned member sales duties
  • Responsible for Point of Sale (POS) operations

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:

High School diploma or equivalent

One-year retail or customer service experience preferred

Previous experience in a health and wellness/fitness center preferred

CPR certification
