Representative/Appointment
Setter** (In office position based in Escondido, CA.)

**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a few dynamic individuals to join our team as an Inside Sales
Representative/Appointment
Setter for our day shift, Tuesday through Saturday, from 9 am to 5 pm. As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be engaging potential customers over the phone, presenting our product offerings, and scheduling in-home consultations with our outside sales representatives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Effectively communicate with potential customers, providing information about our water filtration system and their benefits
- Utilize provided leads to generate a high volume of quality appointments on a daily basis
- Showcase excellent phone etiquette, maintaining a friendly and personable demeanor throughout conversations
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns to maximize appointment bookings
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to the in-home consultation
**Requirements:**
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey enthusiasm and confidence over the phone
- Experience in sales is preferred, but not required. We welcome candidates with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
- Availability to work the day shift, Tuesday to Saturday, from 9 am to 5 pm
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Ability to follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed appointment targets
- Ability to geographically map out reps from appointment to appointment in a timely manner
**Compensation:**
- Enjoy an hourly wage plus commission for each appointment that results in a purchase
- On average, expect 50-60% of the appointments scheduled to close
