Job Title: Heat Treat OperatorJob DescriptionThe heat treat process begins after the screws are manufactured in the manufacturing building. The screws are moved from the manufacturing building to the heat treat building to be processed. The candidate will be operating a heat treat furnace and using a forklift to load screws into the furnace. They will be standing on their feet for 12 hours straight, and this is a weekend role on Saturdays and Sundays. They will be working alongside other Heat Treat operators.
