Electrical Foreman

A leader in providing innovative solutions in the construction and service industries, serving a broad range of clients with top-notch technical expertise. They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman based in Lititz, PA, to join their New Construction Group.
This is a 1st shift opportunity: 6:30am-7am start time and 45 hours a week with time and a half pay after 40.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee electrical projects as a working Foreman on commercial and residential new construction job sites.
- Install wiring and electrical equipment at all stages of construction, from rough-ins to finish-outs.
- Collaborate with a team of electricians and other foremen to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret architectural prints and ensure compliance with code requirements.
- Manage material orders, electrical mechanics, and project schedules.
- Maintain clear communication with general contractors and other trades to coordinate project activities.
- Provide mentorship and share industry knowledge with less experienced electricians.
- Ensure all jobs and paperwork are completed accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to general construction and safety protocols established by the client.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of electrical construction experience as a Foreman.
- An Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school is advantageous but not required.
- OSHA-10 Certification.
- Proficiency in understanding and enforcing the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Strong commitment to performing tasks correctly the first time and pride in craftsmanship.
- A continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry advancements.
- Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Holding a Journeyman's or Master's license is a plus.
- Proficiency with technology, including using an iPad and typing professional emails to communicate with clients.
