We are now looking for another team member to join us in the Commercial Team as a Sales Executive. What you’ll be doing: Achieve sales targets and oversee the delivery of account revenue. Expand customer base and penetrate new markets. Follow up on the implementation of sales programs and campaigns. Manage relationships with all customer layers and resolve escalated issues. Oversee the day-to-day operations with trade accounts. Clearly communicate to trade accounts their KPIs and ensure alignment with sales department objectives. Develop and document different work procedures involving trade accounts and other departments. What we’d love for you to have: Work experience: 3+ years prior experience in sales development activities (preferably in the FMCG and Paints industries). PC knowledge: Windows & Office. Technical skills: Sales & customer management, financial skills, product and market knowledge. Personal skills: Organization, communication, analytical, presentation skills, and time management.
