Manager, CRM & Marketing Automation Opportunity in Dallas, TX

We are currently seeking a talented Manager for CRM & Marketing Automation for a remote/hybrid position in Dallas, TX. This role involves working onsite Monday to Thursday and remote on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

As the leader in marketing automation (MA) and CRM operations:

Manage integration with Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Develop logic-driven consumer journeys and online campaigns tailored to markets and personas. Implement unique digital experiences using CDP and CRM resources. Create and launch service line campaigns and marketing assets, such as landing pages and emails. Ensure all digital communications comply with regulatory requirements. Optimize processes, recommend efficiencies, and enhance user engagement. Contribute to short- and long-term CRM/MA strategy.

Team Management

Lead a team of CRM and MA specialists. Supervise department processes and workload. Collaborate with other managers and disciplines for project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing or related field. 5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation systems. Experience in digital marketing leadership. Knowledge of health care advertising/marketing regulations.

Skills And Abilities

Ability to work in a complex environment. Strong relationship building and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Superior project management skills.

Compensation

Base Salary: USD $100,000 to $140,000 Full-time Benefits: Full Relocation Assistance: No Commission Compensation: No Bonus Eligible: Yes Overtime Eligible: No Interview Travel Reimbursed: No
