High Quality Pipeline Growth: scale inbound pipeline through effective lead-generation strategies, content marketing and other demand generation techniques for targeted, high-quality prospects. Campaign Planning and Execution: design and implement integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand and qualified leads. Responsibilities Leverage a growth mindset to develop and execute innovative strategies to optimize marketing performance, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Manage, mentor and grow a team of digital marketers specializing in digital marketing, email marketing, SMS, organic, paid digital media and social media across skills development and campaign execution. Identify target audience segments and create tailored marketing campaigns to engage with them effectively. Manage and execute projects to drive profitable customer acquisition, traffic and conversions, surpassing targets. Build and optimize buyer journeys across complex sales and execute full-funnel strategies to nurture ideal leads through to sales conversion. Own CRO, continually improving ideal customer acquisition through landing page optimization, keyword research, link building, content refreshes and attaining overall SEO growth. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices to continuously improve demand generation strategies. Collaborate with developers and agencies to manage our digital customer experience, ensuring an optimal user experience and timely updates. Work to automate repeatable processes to consistently optimize and accelerate marketing campaign delivery and workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience (7+ years) with demand generation and strategic marketing in a direct-to-consumer company with a strong digital presence. Experience must include analytics-based decision-making where success is measured in terms of customer growth, website conversion and superior content. Strategic, forward-thinking leader with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of digital channels, including email marketing, SMS, content marketing, social media, SEO and SEM. Proficiency in data analysis and experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and other marketing technologies. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead, inspire and coach a team to bring out their best. Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing campaigns and engage with ideal target audiences. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through marketing initiatives. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong team player, skilled at promoting collaboration and driving problem resolution across all levels of a business. Preferred experience marketing DTC products in the luxury or wellness space.
