Together, let's advance the world of minimally invasive care.Job DescriptionPrimary Function of Position:This role will support US NPI Manufacturing daVinci Systems in Global Operations. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, and studying operational expenses. It will provide insights and optimization recommendations. This position will also work with the Global Operations FP&A team to communicate key business strategies.Roles and Responsibilities:Reponsible for tracking, examining and reporting financials for US Manufacturing daVinci Systems division operations.Support long range models, annual budget & quarterly forecast planning and month-end closeDesign & deliver insightful financial reporting/dashboards, economic valuation and ROI models to influence key business decisionsCreate and maintain value-added insights and key operational KPIs for senior management teamsDevelop and maintain capacity models and efficiency metrics to support resource allocation conclusionsPartner with functional business teams to ensure full alignment in product costing and financial operations assumptionsProactively identify, drive and execute process improvements by leveraging best practices, standardization, and automation to scale routine activitiesPartner with Global Operations and other factory site FP&A teams on timelines and deliverables. Ensure alignment in financial reporting and projections.Ad hoc data discovery and investigationQualificationsSkill/Job Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience involving budgeting, forecasting and scrutinyMinimum education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics related disciplineAbility to consistently discern strategic insights from data analysisAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel, including experience building financial models involving complex formulas and large data setsWorking knowledge of SQL, Snowflake and Tableau preferredExcellent relational and communication skills, ability to interact effectively with business partners at varying levels management and cross functional teamsProven self-starter with ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environmentFast, high quality execution of quantitative work with attention to detailRegularly anticipate future challenges and business needs, and anticipate follow-ups and secondary implicationsAdditional InformationDue to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
