General Overview of Role:

This position, under the general supervision of the Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Business Development, leads business development and referrals for Quests Adult Day Training Centers, Quests Camp Thunderbird and referral-based residential programs in Orlando and Tampa.

The ideal candidate will bring a history of working within the developmental disability sector providing outreach and relationship building with support coordinators, referring agencies and families/caregivers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Business development with referring agencies and other service providers cultivating partnerships, identifying business opportunities
  • Community outreach tabling at events, walks and community happenings | Public speaking to various targeted audiences
  • Relationship management Fostering and maintaining key relationships with regional support coordinators, group home managers, Intermediate Care Facility directors and other key targets to keep Quest services top of mind
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for contacts and cadence of outreach
  • Become a subject matter expert on organizations clientele, mission and goals in order to further business objectives
  • Establish recorded and live Q&A sessions to be used on website, social, etc.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on collateral, digital and merchandising needs
  • Regular travel between Tampa and Orlando
  • Performs other duties as requested

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree with previous work history in the DD sector.
  • Must have experience working with Florida Medicaid Waiver programs

Experience/licenses/certifications needed. If experience can be substituted for education, please specify number of years and type:

  • Five years or more relevant work experience
  • Previous working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a CRM or relationship tracking system.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds with or without assistance.
  • Requires occasional exposure to weather including extreme heat, humidity, and moisture.
  • Requires prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Requires occasional carrying, pushing, pulling and reaching.
  • Requires sufficient vision and hearing ability to observe and communicate with customers.
