The Marketing Promotions Manager will oversee business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for marketing and promotions, operational improvements, and future business initiatives. This role will utilize business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools and reports across the organization, as well as plan and forecast budgets and promotional plans. Responsibilities

Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and brand awareness for our products and services, including but not limited to discounts, coupons, sweepstakes, and loyalty programs. Work closely with purchasing, sales, operations, and creative teams to develop compelling and effective promotions that align with business objectives. Manage the entire promotional lifecycle, from planning and ideation to execution and analysis, ensuring all promotions are delivered on time and within budget. Analyze promotional results and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform promotional strategy and tactics, and analyze and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets from multiple sources to inform product and project planning. Apply quantitative data analysis techniques to uncover inefficiencies in various processes and develop optimization solutions. Communicate analytical findings and business insights to diverse audiences. Develop KPIs, metrics, reports, dashboards, and benchmarks to gain insight into project performance. Develop tools to identify data quality issues and partner with data owners on creating solutions for continuous improvement of data integrity, consistency, and accuracy. Serve as a subject matter expert in product and project data interpretation. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support promotional initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure promotions are integrated with other marketing campaigns and initiatives. Develop and manage the promotional budget, tracking expenses and ensuring the effective use of resources. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing promotions, preferably in a consumer goods or retail environment. Proven track record of developing and executing successful promotional campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with automation and deployment of analytical tools and applications. In-depth knowledge of database design concepts and data modeling principles. Knowledge of data management and data quality control. Demonstrated experience in translating complex technical information into business insights and recommendations. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
