The Software QA Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report any defects or issues and work towards their resolution. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases for software applications. Execute and document test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of the software. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and project managers to ensure software quality. Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability and performance of the software. Participate in the deployment and release process, providing quality assurance support. Continuously improve the testing process and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively identify and mitigate any project risks. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications and Competencies:

Experience with tracking multiple test efforts simultaneously and being able to synthesize the results in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-sufficient and own project assignments from initial start to deployment. Ability to utilize excellent time management and organizational skills to meet reasonable project deadlines. Must be able to work on multiple projects in parallel. May be required to work occasionally over 40 hours per week. Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant experience. Qualifications Preferred: Auto Finance Industry experience preferred. Proficient in QA processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Test Rail, ALM). Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Postman, SQL, Genesys IVR, and MuleSoft is preferred. Familiar with Agile Scrum methodology. Competent in writing project reports, test plans, and detailed test cases Ability to track multiple test efforts simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results in a fast-paced environment. Experience in delivering quality process training and serving as an internal consultant. Strong self-management skills and a detail-oriented approach. Technical ability combined with outstanding customer service skills.
