Overview:

As a Digital Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of digital brand strategies that will achieve business objectives. Key areas of responsibility include website and e-commerce management, digital marketing, content development and oversee social media management, email, SMS, and DTC promotions. The Digital Brand Manager will play a key role in developing the overall digital strategy and is expected to drive brand and category growth through excellent digital marketing execution. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Digital Brand Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Align with key stakeholders and various media agencies to support the management of content strategy and plan specific, timely digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent voice of customer.
Oversee the creation of digital communication and assets, including but not limited to: SEO/SEM, Email, SMS, promotions, trade shows.
Develop YouTube strategy to enhance our consumers experience, and education that aligns with our identified target audience.
Develop an SEO/SEM strategy that enhances our online search results for identified key phrases for both branded and unbranded initiatives.
Track KPIs, analyze results of all digital marketing projects, and recommend optimization tactics through Google Analytics, Meta Business, SEMRush, and other digital marketing tools. Share results and metrics with internal and external teams.
Develop an online reputation management strategy to track voice of customer and collaborate with inter-departmental teams with a plan of action. Execute your plan according to outlined strategies and KPIs.
HubSpot CRM

Build, develop, manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system to connect cross functional teams such as sales, customer care, finance, etc..
Email and SMS: Manage cadences, content, and funnels for campaigns and automations for the selected audience which includes B2C and B2B audiences. Work with the Brand Specialist to develop a strategy and timelines for implementation and maintenance.
Inbox: Set up and maintain inboxes across all available channels in marketing and customer care. Maintain a schedule for reporting on consumer and customer feedback. Onboard team members new to the platform as needed.
Forms: Work with the Marketing Coordinator to maintain current forms and launch new ones as needed.
Reporting: Create and maintain reports for Digital Marketing including but not limited to; VOC, KPIs for email, SMS, social, website, advertising, leads and more.
Ecommerce

In conjunction with the Sr. Brand Manager, manage our online presence with Shopify.
Advise and implement on conversion rate optimization tactics
Manage Shopify apps to drive growth and manage the internal cross-functional testing process.
Troubleshoot as issues arise with Shopify and the company CRM.
Create new pages and/or sites to support new product launches.
Leverage insights from site(s) analytics (Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Heatmap, etc.), recommend improvement opportunities and develop strategy to execute improvements.
Execute A/B testing to test concepts that will improve the site and landing pages.
Recommend upsell &/or cross-sell strategies, execute, monitor, and adjust routinely.
Project manage regular site updates and improvements with IT and other cross-departmental teams and agencies as needed.
Oversee testing of improvements and promotional codes to support promotional strategy.
Social Media

Work with Marketing Coordinator to manage social strategies, assets, promotions, voice of customer, calendar, and more.
Track KPIs and report to Sr. Brand Manager with results and recommendations.
Brand Governance

Uphold brand compliance by ensuring all activities adhere to company standards, legal requirements, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, brand management, or related roles within the consumer goods industry.
Experience with utilizing agencies is a must
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in market research tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing software.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and leadership.
