We are currently seeking an individual with a Top Secret clearance (with SCI or SCI eligibility), experienced in Human Resources and Human Capital Management. This role would be on-site in Springfield, VA. Individuals must be SCI eligible with an active TS clearance . No other candidates will be considered - this is a requirement for the contract, as we are not able to upgrade or submit new clearance requests. Candidates will need to be able to pass a CI polygraph. Position is full time (flexible schedule) with a full benefit package including healthcare, dental, life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, generous paid time off, and 401k profit sharing. Experience providing Human Resource services in the Federal Sector or a degree in Human Resource is preferred, however, comparable Human Resource experience in military, private, or public sector will be considered (for candidates with the required clearance). Desired experience in Recruiting, Applicatn Processing, OnBoarding, PAR processing, and Federal HR guidelines. Salary is competitive and fairly based on years of experience in Human Capital/Resources and/or degree. -Maintain and administer HR processes
-Provide customer service and follow through during the onboarding process
-Facilitate new-employee orientation programs through record collection, coordination with security, and communication to involved parties -Participate in new employee orientation processes
-Assisting with employee relations matters -Prepare new-employee files (OPF's) and new-hire paperwork
-Assist with staffing, benefits, and employee relations including the processing of requests
-Processing employee information and maintain employee records within Peoplesoft
-Participate in recruitment of interns and employees through hiring events, job postings, and outreach
-Recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
-Updating information in SharePoint
