Responsibilities

•Buy materials for the office when necessary
•Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
•Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
•Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
•Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates

Qualifications

•Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
•Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
•History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
•High school diploma or GED required
•Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
