* Responsible for development and implementation of the District's vision/strategy which integrates key national and State program goals, priorities, values and political, economic, social, technological and administrative factors.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. **Physical Demands:** Normally works in an office setting, with occasionally strenuous duty and normal field duty associated with resources work.
