Our client is a successful marketing agency with a passion for best of class branded CPG clientele. They need an experienced Project Manager to cover for some vacation time in June.

**LOCAL TALENT ONLY PLEASE**

Job Location: Hybrid 1 day/week, Chicago

Role Type: Short-term contract

  • Role: Project/Production Manager
  • Deliverables: Digital banners, social posts, logos, pitch deck design, retouching, proofreading, some print ads
  • Overview: The PM will be handling production end only. Juggling internal requests. Will be responsible for creating new job order requests in Monday.com. Will also be adding job numbers, assigning to internal people from email requests, time tracking, assigning & adding stages, and routing jobs internally. routing, etc. Will work with head of studio.
  • Dates: June 5th for training, full week June 10-14, full week June 24-28
  • Musts: Project management experience in an agency setting and PM tools such as ASANA, Monday.com, or AirTable
  • Hybrid: in office the first day for training and then on Wednesdays
  • Location: Michigan Ave downtown
