We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to join our team and build a department around We are looking for an expert in both building websites but also who has the leadership ability to build and manage a team.
Responsibilities:
Identify user and system requirements for new websites and applications
Prioritize software development projects, set timelines and assign tasks to team members
Create wireframes to decide on layout
Write or review code for various applications
Run functionality testing and debug code
Oversee junior web developers and evaluate their performance
Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons)
Ensure our software documentation is up-to-date
Collaborate with mobile developers to build mobile-responsive websites
Qualifications:
7- 10 years of previous experience in web development or other related fields
Familiarity with with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP and other related languages
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong leadership skills
