Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Alta Medical is looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers, helping to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive experience at every interaction. Youll collaborate across departments to uphold our commitment to exceptional service and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Maintain customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Support team goals and contribute to process optimization efforts. Stay up to date on company products, promotions, and policies. Education: Associate or bachelors degree preferred. Experience: 13 years in customer service, call center, or related field. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy.
