The Ford Store Morgan Hill is a high-volume Ford Dealership in the Bay Area and is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager for our no hassle selling process. We need talent and good talent is paid well We are currently the #1 Ford Dealer in the Bay area.We are looking to grow our team for planned growth in 2025This position will be responsible for development of a new sales team. Applicants will be responsible for finding sales consultant and continued training to build an additional sales team. The goal is to have a team of 5 by January 2025.Our pay plan is one of the best found in any Dealership with the potential to make over $200k/year. Our team is our # 1 asset, and we strive every day to take care of them. We are also an easy commute from San Jose.The Sales Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Salary Compensation of between $6,000.00 and $9,000.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.
