Data Associate

As a Data Associate at Evensky & Katz / Foldes Wealth Management you will support the Director of Data Management with maintaining the accurate and timely access to firm data. The duties of this role include, but are not limited to, held away account and annuity reconciliation, data entry, reporting, billing, management of the client portal, and service request/workflow support. You are accountable for accurate and efficient execution of all your responsibilities. As a face of Evensky & Katz / Foldes with our internal team, clients, custodians, and platform/technology vendors, you have the opportunity to demonstrate our core values every day.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Accounting and/or bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Platform.
  • Experience working in customer relationship management and portfolio management software. (e.g., Tamarac, Black Diamond, Orion).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team structure.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail critical.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and data entry for held away accounts.
  • General data set-up, clean-up, and monitoring.
  • Create, edit, and troubleshoot issues with report templates.
  • Support Director of Data Management with quarterly reporting process.
  • Support Director of Data Management with monthly billing process.
  • Set-up, activate and troubleshoot issues with client portal.
  • Create, edit, and troubleshoot errors with service requests and workflows in CRM system.
