We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Language Services Advisor to join our team. As an Associate Language Services Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and providing guidance on language services. You will work closely with senior advisors to evaluate client needs, recommend appropriate language services, and ensure customer satisfaction. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in client consultation, project coordination, and language services expertise. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong communication skills, a passion for languages, and a desire to excel in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior language services advisors to evaluate client language service needs and gather project requirements.
  • Assist in providing expert advice and recommendations on language services, including translation, interpretation, localization, and related solutions.
  • Support in developing customized language service proposals and solutions tailored to meet client goals, budget, and timelines.
  • Assist in coordinating language service projects, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring project progress.
  • Liaise with clients, linguists, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of services.
  • Conduct quality checks on deliverables, ensuring accuracy, adherence to client specifications, and high-quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in maintaining client relationships by understanding their needs, tracking client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in language services to contribute to service enhancements and offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance overall service delivery.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in linguistics, communication, translation, or a related field is highly desired.
  • Strong passion for languages and a desire to pursue a career in the language services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in at least one language other than English is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with language services, such as translation, interpretation, localization, or transcription, is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and tools, including Microsoft Office or project management systems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in the language services industry.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction.
