The Staff Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for executing project controls processes with the internal project management team to complete project deliverables within budget and schedule. Develop, implement, and maintain external and internal cost reports, cash flows and forecasts. The specialist will ensure data integrity, QA/QC program deliverables, and streamline processes. Responsibilities may include: Data Analytics - Analyzing raw data, finding trends to increase efficiency and improve performance Processes and consults with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction Assist with the development, implementation and management of reporting data to produce valuable program controls reports and data for multiple large projects Assist with tracking and reporting of project KPI's and metrics Collaborates with cross functional teams to collect, analyze data, and present results and recommendations Providing recommendations on data structure and gathering practices. Assist with implementation as required. Identify best uses of data on-hand Cost tracking and trend analysis Assist efforts to forecast projects financials, schedule durations and date. Support internal and external audits Conform to document control processes and procedures Analyze project controls reports, present findings, and provide recommendations to the project controls team. Budget tracking Assist with managing the internal Change Management System. Review of upstream (prime contract) / downstream (PO & subcontract) change orders. Report accurate updates to cost reports or forecasts. Assist with Developing and presenting cash flow reports. Consult with project controls team on schedule progress. Analyze and report on data from Oracle Primavera P6. Manage integrated data from one program to another. Ensuring quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables. Serves as a point of contact for technical questions from APM's, PM's, Lead Engineers, or Construction staff. All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. •A minimum of 4 years of direct project controls experience. •Ability to work independently, think creatively and analytically, and make quick and sound decisions. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Excellent interpersonal skills. •Proficient with Microsoft Office. •Experience with Oracle Primavera P6. •May be required to obtain an OSHA 10 hour safety certification. •Willingness to accept long term field assignments.
