What you'll be doing day to day
You'll be building a customer-centric culture by gathering customer feedback and providing insights to provide a simple, seamless and rewarding end-to-end journey for IKEA customers.•Using data from the customer feedback tool to inform and educate the retail store team on the experiences of customers at each touchpoint.•Providing customer insights & feedback around strengths, opportunities and following up on improvement action plans.•Supporting IKEA events such as customer workshops, co-worker engagement activities and community outreach.•Integrating customer insight and feedback into key decision-making processes.•Presenting learnings and insights at store meetings and forums.•Driving and supporting sustainability initiatives within the Charlotte market.

The hourly pay range for this position is $19.19 - $27.29
