Job Description

Working as a full desk recruiter at HumanEdge, you will own a role that will further develop your skills, giving you an opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation
  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates, from the interview through offer stage
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients, from the proposal through the close of the sale
  • Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
  • Develop and pitch proposals, as well as negotiate contract terms and rates

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 2 years of full desk recruiting experience
  • Self-driven, motivated to grow and continue to learn
  • Proven track record of success
