Job Summary

The Technical Program Manager will independently lead enterprise programs within the Technology department portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The role requires managing multi-year programs, developing program deliverables, and coordinating with various stakeholders. This individual must possess strong technical understanding, familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts, and project management expertise to drive progress and deliver results effectively.

Key Responsibilities

•Independently lead enterprise programs and related projects within the Technology department portfolio.

•Develop and maintain all program deliverables, including roadmaps, status reports, scope, priorities, timelines, and risk assessments.

•Coordinate across multiple project managers and product managers; act as a project manager when needed to manage progress toward goals and timelines.

•Drive collaboration for issue resolution and proactively communicate roadblocks, dependencies, risks, and issues.

•Support PMO reporting by preparing regular status updates, communications, and presentations to ensure alignment on progress and strategic direction.

•Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to secure buy-in on program roadmaps and resource allocation.

•Plan and deliver multi-year programs within established timelines and investment constraints.

•Leverage hybrid project management and Agile Scrum methodologies for efficient progress and feedback gathering.

•Participate in technical meetings and acquire knowledge of technical fundamentals relevant to the program area.

•Provide mentorship on project management best practices to leaders and peers.

•Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout program execution.

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or relevant field experience.

•8+ years of experience in technical program management.

•Strong technical understanding and familiarity with the software development lifecycle.

•Proficiency in project management concepts and methodologies.

•General knowledge of network, infrastructure, and hardware terminology.
