Summary:
System Service Line Vice President will report in a dyad model reporting directly to the BH Chief of Hospital Operations and the BH Chief of Strategy and Innovation for purposes of strategic development and coordinating planning and reporting. The Vice President will be supported by the hospital Presidents. The Behavioral Health directors at each facility will have a dotted line to the Service Line Vice President, while reporting directly to their CNO. Develop and oversee a Physician Steering/Planning Council with inclusion of key physician leaders for Baptist Health hospitals and AHG and Practice Plus. Develop and over see an Operational Steering Council with Managers of Behavioral Health services from LR, NLR, Conway, FS/VB, with the Regional Chief Nursing Officer representing the regional hospitals, along with appointed Decision Support representatives. Development of a three-year plan for Behavioral Health Services for the System, with supporting individual facility/Regional plans and service needs.

Other information:
Master's Degree in Hospital Health Care Administration, Business or Marketing preferred. May be Board Certified Licensed Physician; evidence of progressive administration experience of five (5) plus years in management position and/or service line management. Experience in a highly metrics-oriented organization preferred.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
