Job Description This role is responsible for configuration and implementation of ServiceNow, which further includes both support and maintenance activities. He/She will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate SAP technologies to deliver superior business impact. Responsibilities
  • Defines, guides, and supports the execution of your technical governance processes.
  • Help in developing standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture model.
  • Assists in developing standards and practices for maintaining the health of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Supports design and implementation of a platform operating model to achieve your desired outcomes and foster end-user adoption.
  • Provides technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
  • Guides ServiceNow Platform design, including considerations for integration and performance.
  • Assesses architecture and solution designs to support your objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices.
  • Offers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment.
  • Provides technical guidance in platform development and platform- wide solutions.
  • Advises on configuration and coding standards.
  • Supports remediation of configurations not aligned to ServiceNow best practices.


Essential Skills Job 6 plus years' experience in technical solution design and implementation.
Proven management/influencing abilities.
Experience with creating ROI/value propositions for customer software implementations.
Knowledge of IT and Enterprise Service Management is critical.
Expertise and experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM toolset are essential.
ServiceNow experience in the areas of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM or HR products are highly desirable.
Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
Deployment of features and any ServiceNow releases - Conducting Instances Upgrades
Creation of Glide Record object, Business Rules, UI actions, custom related list, ACL s
Creation of Script based UI Policy and Client Script. Glide Ajax, Glide Form (g_form), Glide User (g_user), Glide Record, Glide System, Glide
ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM or CIS-CSM are a must-have
ServiceNow Certifications in all areas are highly desirable.
Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies.
