Position Overview: FXI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to support our partnership with Sam's Club and Walmart. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales, increase brand awareness, and strengthen our relationship with these key retail partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the retail landscape. This role is located at our Bentonville, AR office.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns to generate sales and conversion.
  • Campaign Development: Create proactive marketing campaigns that align with brand goals, account-based marketing strategies, and current industry trends.
  • Conversion Optimization: Optimize landing pages and conduct experiments to improve conversion rates.
  • Reporting Framework: Develop a robust reporting framework to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvements.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report campaign performance to leadership, offering strategic recommendations to overcome challenges and enhance results.
  • Top of Funnel Demand Generation: Support top-of-funnel demand generation through additional paid channels, including paid social and syndicated content.
  • Pricing Strategy: Build knowledge of the competitive marketplace and industry to determine pricing strategies that optimize sell-through, fulfill retailer objectives, and improve company financial performance.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies for Sam's Club and Walmart, aligning with FXI's overall business objectives and sales targets.
  • Promotional Planning: Plan and execute promotional activities, including product launches, in-store promotions, and digital marketing campaigns, to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Sam's Club and Walmart, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on marketing initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the retail channel. Utilize insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and support for channel marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for Sam's Club and Walmart channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador for FXI, ensuring that all marketing efforts are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or a related role, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Retail Expertise: Proven experience working with major retailers, such as Sam's Club and Walmart, with a strong understanding of retail marketing strategies and dynamics.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
