Title: Program Analyst
Marathon TS is looking for a Program Analyst to support a Government client. We're looking for a well-organized individual who can take initiative in many moving parts, organize data, and help streamline processes. Candidate will provide critical support in day-to-day operations, data tracking, process improvement, and many more areas.
Responsibilities:
  • Be the point person for recruiting, purchase requisitions, travel authorization paperwork for all travelers, etc., ensuring consistency in the process
  • Track open actions and drive them to completion
  • Manage program financials, including vendor financial management
  • Manage weekly timesheet reconciliation
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve operations
  • Maintain and improve program processes for onboarding, travel, etc.
Required Experience:
  • 4+ years of project support for government programs
  • Strong organizational skills, able to stay on top of multiple moving priorities
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently without day-to-day supervision, and proactively seeks solutions to challenges
Preferred Experience:
  • Able to apply critical thinking skills to advance program operations and growth
  • SQL database, Excel, and big-data skills
  • Agile and cloud experience
** Eligible for a clearance.
