Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper
Job Type: Part-Time (3 days a week, 8-hour workdays)
Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour
Job Overview: As a Part-Time Bookkeeper, you will play an important role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accurate data entry. Your primary responsibilities will include entering expenses and invoices into QuickBooks, assisting with various office tasks, managing mailings, and collecting missing receipts.
Key Responsibilities:
•Enter expenses and invoices into QuickBooks accurately and timely.
•Perform general office tasks, including handling mailings and collecting missing receipts.
•Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
•Assist with data entry tasks across multiple companies within our hospitality group.
•Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
•Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience.
•Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
•Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

About the Organization
Lahn Hospitality Group is a growing family-owned company comprised of a variety of hospitality businesses including amusement parks, a hotel, restaurants, bars, golf courses and more.

Since 1997 The Funplex has owned and operated an amusement park company with three locations along the East Coast. Two locations are in New Jersey with one additional small footprint park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina which opened in 2021. The parks are a combination of family-friendly and thrill amusement rides, waterparks, bowling centers, and arcades.

In December 2021, Lahn Hospitality Group purchased The Legacy Club in Cherry Hill, NJ, a country club with a prestigious golf course and membership. The club underwent significant renovation including a new restaurant, atrium event facility, and much more. In the fall of 2023 LHAG opened its first dual branded hotel, La Quinta and Hawthorn Suites, complete with 125 rooms and the first in the area to combine two different Wyndham brands.
