What We're Looking For: Required Experience & Skills: 5+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering. Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of geotechnical principles. Excellent project management and communication skills. Experience leading and developing engineering teams. Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations. Business development experience. Required Education & Certifications: BS in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) required; if not currently licensed, must have the ability to obtain within three months of hire. Preferred Education & Certifications: MS in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar.
