Sr Project Manager

Overview Sr. Project Manager This position can be located anywhere in the United States. We are looking for a talented Sr. Project Manager, a high-energy, passionate, and detail-oriented consultant, with a can do attitude, responsible for connecting stakeholders and advancing our consulting projects past the finish line with speed, efficiency, and precision. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence on multiple projects, clients, and teams across our regions. The ideal candidate will be a true connector, an enabler for our teams and the clients we support, who excels in pushing the boundaries of what is possible and who will work with other consultants to successfully deliver marketing, strategy, and technology projects for our enterprise clients. Responsibilities Direct and manage consulting projects from beginning to end within the allotted budget, time, and scope, to support our clients business goals Proactively manage changes in project scope and timely communicate changes to our clients Anticipate and effectively address any potential bottlenecks and roadblocks Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the projects Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Conduct regular project status meetings with our customers Coach, motivate, and supervise project team members and influence them to take proactive action and accountability for their assigned work Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project (internal and external) Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations, as required Contribute to further best practices and tools for project execution and management Conduct project post mortems and create recommendation reports in order to identify best practices and lessons learned Keep alignment between all projects and the overall strategic goals of the organization Truly own the success of the projects, by enabling others to do their best work Requirements 5+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing and technology company, or similar experience with a proven record of successful project delivery (on time, under budget, in scope) Bachelor's degree in business or related field required. MBA is a plus, but not required Proven track record of willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done Management: Ability to direct and manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects Leadership: Exceptional project leadership skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving Communication: Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with creative team members, developers, supply change team members, customer service team members, and leadership team Adaptability: Able to navigate ambiguous situations, anticipate, identify and eliminate roadblocks, and know when to escalate to keep projects moving forward Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Industry Experience: Experience in digital marketing, consulting, IT, or software development Knowledge and proficiency with Project Management tools Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP) is considered an asset Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus You are applying to a small consulting firm that is growing fast.
