The Pharmacy Director will be responsible for regulatory compliance, clinical operations, staff management, financial results and sales growth, and will be supported by a Pharmacy Manager, as well as other department heads.

Qualifications:

Strong people leadership skills

Experience responding directly to customer needs (including long term care facilities), handling Quality Assurance meetings and customer regulatory inspections

Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and experience with State requirements and inspections as well as Medicare/Medicaid

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience with FrameworkLTC Software

Marketing experience a plus

Requirements:

Doctor of Pharmacy, Pennsylvania License (other states a plus)

Other requirements:

Drug screening, background check, valid driver’s license
