Your goal will be to provide a exceptional Customer Service experience, while ensuring that our clients are receiving the care they need. You'll pride yourself on your ability to problem solve and take ownership for each customer request ensuring that we always do the right thing for our members.Every Day You Will:Ensure a seamless, complete and effective enrollment process for all prospective clients into the PAS programBe the initial point-of-contact for calls from prospective clients, caregivers or pending enrolleesProvide exceptional customer service and positive experience for potential patients/caregiversManage an open caseload until the enrollment process is completeRegular communication with a variety of health plans regarding patient benefits and authorizations Navigate multiple systems and portals to determine eligibility and obtain authorizationRegularly achieve monthly new enrollee goals Maintain data input, scheduling, document uploading and initiate patient enrollment confirmation or rejection communicationsBe ready and willing to step into the role of an HHA with clients/patients on an emergency basis, if and when neededIdeal Candidate Will Possess:Proven exceptional customer service, case managementReliable transportation with the ability to travel to patient homes throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding areas on a weekly basisMotivated to help patients/caregivers with the drive to exceed open case targets and metricsMust have poise and patience when dealing with clientsExcellent written and verbal skillsComputer proficiency required; strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology to identify, research and solve customer issues Excellent attention to detailKeen attention detail, metrics driven, excellent time management skillsHigh empathy and collaborative team playerFlexibility and openness, as the role and responsibilities may change and/or evolve as we growHome Health Aide certification requiredNice-to-Haves:2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position is preferredSalesforce experience 2+ years of customer service experience Bilingual in Spanish, or other languages desiredWhy work at FreedomCare?We are here for you and committed to providing a best-in-class employee experience. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $16.00 and $20.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.Salary Range$16-$20 USD
