We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading North American tech company selling cutting edge/innovative security and surveillance solutions to a variety of industries who are on the hunt for a Territory Manager to take over an existing book of business for the DMV area selling into the

construction

vertical.

The

DMV area has been their fastest growing market

for their construction vertical and is currently one of the busiest construction markets in the US so this new hire would be stepping into a pipeline with recurring revenue and recurring clients so the variable plan would start day 1.

This company is 40% larger than their next biggest competitor and have been growing at 20%+ for over 10 years

Qualifications : Post-secondary education Full B2B sales cycle experience In person selling experience in the territory Previous experience selling into construction vertical an asset Hunter mentality Versatile - ability to sell to executives in a board room to putting on a hard hat and visiting a job site to find the Superintendent

Compensation: ~75-85K base salary (based on experience) Uncapped commission structure with accelerator bonuses Annual end of year bonus – based on KPI achievement up to 12K OTE estimate in year 1 of ~125-140K; year 2 = 140-160K; year 3 = 160K+ (for 2023, all reps exceeded 160K) For this territory, variable compensation would start day 1 Health & Dental benefits 401K Mileage reimbursement (based on state standard rate) –

need to have your own vehicle and clean motor vehicle check Laptop and cellular device (company will cover all monthly expenses) 3 weeks vacation
